Spot Resource Manager (m/f/d)

📍 Dormagen, Germany · On-site (no home office) · Full-time

Not a classic polymer salesperson. A hunter.

You chase new opportunities every day. You talk to spot customers daily — buyers who decide fast and expect the same from you. You see the world through the customer's eyes: their machines, their deadlines, their alternatives. You close lots, not PowerPoints.

What you'll do

  • Hunt and close spot deals daily
  • Build your own book of spot customers across Europe
  • Match lots from our live stock and network to real demand
  • Work directly with the founders — no layers

What you bring

  • Trading instinct — you love the deal, not the process
  • Polymer or raw-material knowledge (or the hunger to learn it fast)
  • Languages are a weapon: English plus German, Turkish or others
  • Resilience — spot business means hearing 'no' ten times before the 'yes'

Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

📍 Dormagen, Germany · On-site (no home office) · Full-time

You keep the material moving — worldwide, on time, without drama.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate national and international shipments of polymer raw materials
  • Book and manage freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses and containers
  • Prepare export/customs documents and keep every delivery traceable
  • Be the calm point of contact between customers, suppliers and logistics partners

What you bring

  • Experience in dispatch, logistics or supply-chain coordination (ideally in trade or industry)
  • Languages are essential: German, Turkish and English — all three, business level
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and reliable to the last detail
  • Comfortable with international freight, incoterms and customs basics (or eager to learn them fast)

Spot Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

The engine room behind every closed spot deal.

What you'll do

  • Support the spot trading team from quote to closed deal
  • Prepare offers, order confirmations and follow up with customers
  • Keep customer data, lots and inquiries organized and moving
  • Talk to customers daily by phone, email and WhatsApp across several markets

What you bring

  • First experience in sales support, inside sales or customer service (trade or industry a plus)
  • Languages are essential: German, Turkish and English — all three, business level
  • Fast, structured and service-minded — you like keeping deals on track
  • Curiosity about polymers and international trade (we teach the material)

Back Office Employee (m/f/d)

The backbone that keeps the trading house running clean.

What you'll do

  • Handle order processing, invoicing and document management
  • Support accounting, filing and day-to-day administrative operations
  • Coordinate with forwarders, suppliers and customers on paperwork
  • Keep internal processes organized so trading and logistics run smoothly

What you bring

  • Experience in back office, administration or accounting support
  • Languages are essential: German and English — business level
  • Precise, structured and dependable with numbers and documents
  • Confident with MS Office and common business tools
