Spot Resource Manager (m/f/d)
Not a classic polymer salesperson. A hunter.
You chase new opportunities every day. You talk to spot customers daily — buyers who decide fast and expect the same from you. You see the world through the customer's eyes: their machines, their deadlines, their alternatives. You close lots, not PowerPoints.
What you'll do
- Hunt and close spot deals daily
- Build your own book of spot customers across Europe
- Match lots from our live stock and network to real demand
- Work directly with the founders — no layers
What you bring
- Trading instinct — you love the deal, not the process
- Polymer or raw-material knowledge (or the hunger to learn it fast)
- Languages are a weapon: English plus German, Turkish or others
- Resilience — spot business means hearing 'no' ten times before the 'yes'
