Form submissions are transmitted through the form relay service Web3Forms and delivered to our company email.

This information is shared with third parties only as far as necessary for quotation, availability check, laboratory analysis, logistics, customs handling and contract execution (see Section 9 "Recipients"). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

6. Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information transmitted by your browser in server log files: pages visited, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and is used for operation, stability and IT security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Cookies

This website uses only technically required cookies. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) sets __cf_bm for bot protection (approx. 30 minutes). Legal basis: § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No analytics, marketing or tracking cookies are in use — therefore no consent banner is required. Should consent-based tools be introduced, a consent banner will be provided beforehand.

8. Third-Party Services

This website is hosted via the Lovable platform and delivered through Cloudflare's CDN. Fonts are self-hosted; no external font services are used. Cookie-free aggregated hosting statistics are provided by the platform. Form submissions are relayed via Web3Forms. No analytics suites, tag managers, ad pixels, embedded maps or social plugins are integrated on this website.

We also operate the public WhatsApp channel "SPOT POLYMERS @NSB POLYMERS" for daily spot offers. Joining is voluntary and happens entirely within WhatsApp; our website only contains a link to the channel — no WhatsApp code is embedded and no data is transferred to Meta by visiting this website. If you follow the channel, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) processes your data under its own privacy policy; as a channel, other followers cannot see your phone number or profile.

Where required, appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses are put in place.
